Planning a glass court in your building

01Allow for the structure

An all-glass court needs space around the playing area for the glass supports and base; installation dimensions are larger than 9.75 × 6.40 m.

02Check the clear height

5.64 m is the WSF minimum above the floor; lighting is mounted above the playing area.

03Plan access

Player entry, spectators, emergency exits and a route for delivering large glass panels.

04Confirm the floor

A level, dry slab under a sprung maple playing surface.
