VELNUZ COURTS / COST GUIDE

How much does a
squash court cost?

There is no single price for a squash court. Court type, wall system, quantity, site works, destination and installation scope all change the budget. This guide collects figures that other publishers have released and explains what drives the price of an all-glass court.

How to compare squash court quotations

01Separate the goods from the services

Ask for the goods price of the court package on its own line, with freight, duties, taxes and installation listed separately.

02Compare the same specification

Check glass thickness and type, floor build-up, lighting count and wattage, tin and door hardware line by line.

03Read the exclusions

Civil works, lifting, power, permits and local labour are often excluded — make sure every quotation says so explicitly.

04Agree inspection and packing

Pre-shipment inspection, export packing and labelling by court and wall reduce problems on site.

Frequently asked questions

01How much more does a glass squash court cost than a conventional court?

Published sources describe glass courts as significantly more expensive than standard panel or plaster courts (Squashtech, 2025). The difference depends on how many walls are glass, the floor and lighting package, the destination and the installation scope.

02Why don’t you publish one fixed price?

Court type, quantity, finishes, destination and service scope change the total. VELNUZ quotations list the goods price, freight, duties and installation separately so you can compare like for like.

03What is included in a VELNUZ glass court package?

A steel installation base, modular maple floor, front and side glass, rear wall and glass door, hardware, court markings, an adjustable tin and an anti-glare LED lighting schedule. See the configuration guide.

04How much space does a squash court need?

A singles court is 9.75 × 6.40 m inside the walls with a minimum clear height of 5.64 m (WSF). Allow extra space for the glass supports, access and circulation.
